Taper Lock Wire Line Drill Rod
At DPI, our Wire Line Drill Rods are manufactured from 4130 Q&T Alloy Tube. Our ability to produce the Heat Treated Rods in-house allows us to control our quality and delivery. Threading is accomplished utilizing Precision CNC Lathes, the most modern available. Our Hardened Thread Gages are calibrated to assure compatibility in the field.
With our (3) Inertia Welders, we are also able to offer CHD Composite Wire Line Rods, 4130 Mid-Body Tubes, and 4100 Series Q&T Tool Joints, always turned and threaded after welding to assure a Parallel Axis.
